- Scrambled Eggs w/ cheese
- Whole-Wheat Bagel w/ flavored cream cheese
- Yo' Baby or Yo' Toddler Yogurt and whole wheat toast
- Turkey sausage with scrambled eggs and toast
- Diced fruit w/ toast & cream cheese
- Mini- tater tots (Oreida calls them 'crowns') with scrambled eggs
Lunch & Dinner
- Meatloaf meatballs (your favorite recipes made into little balls using a cookie scoop)
- Baked chicken shredded or diced
- Chicken noodle casserole
- Chicken with mixed veggies (Chinese restaurant or homemade)
- Chicken burritos with refried beans (careful of the sodium)
- Sandwiches (any....grilled cheese, roast beef, etc. Just be careful of PB&J if there are family allergies)
